Book Review - And Now, Back To You by B.K. Borison
And Now, Back to You by B.K. Borison
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Yea I didn't think this book would make me cry...but it did
Delilah is a news meteorologist who is being treated like a joke by her boss. Jackson is a meteorologist on the local radio station. To bring in views, the stations decide that Jackson and Delilah should report a big snow storm together.
They get snowed in and learn a lot about each other. They no longer see each other as the annoying weather girl who reports on silly things instead of the actual weather and the grumpy radio weatherman who leaves passive aggressive post-it notes on her car.
Their connection is deep and when faced with having to go back to the city and to the world outside of the winter storm, their budding friendship and trust in each other are put to the test more than they anticipated.
This was such a FUN, heartwarming, and emotional read. I enjoyed the care that was taken with Delilah's grandpa character and the love that develops quickly but still at a natural pace.
Thank you NetGalley, Berkley, & B.K. Borison for an e-ARC!
