Book Review - Pucking Strong by Emily Rath

Book Review - Pucking Strong by Emily Rath

It’s 12:13am and I’m sobbing that this is actually over already.
I’ve loved this series and have been anxiously awaiting for Teddy and Henrik for far too long. A gorgeous story about found family with the perfect slow burn build up.

I LOVE a good slow burn and this absolutely delivered. I LOVED how Emily had Henrik exploring what demisexual means and how he might identify that way.
I've read a few reviews that are upset that the slow burn took so long or that it felt weird...but that's what demisexuality can be! Thank you Emily for putting so much love and care into Teddy and Henrik. This unlikely pair I think have quickly become my favorite of all the characters in the series so far (but I think I say that after every new book).
I can also really really really tell that Emily had grown as a writer over time. This book's pacing and care felt so GOOD!

Thank you Hambright PR & Emily Rath for an e-ARC of my most ANTICIPATED read in 2025!!
